How to Release Your Pain

This is the way I release my pain

Being a single is a pain. Being hated by some people is a pain. Cannot get what I want is a pain. Being underestimated by some people is a pain.  Cannot say what I want to say is a pain. Compared with someone who close to me is a pain. Hearing a sharp talk from someone else is pain. Being betrayed by someone I trust is a pain. There’s a lot pains in my life and there will be more and more pains that will be appeared in my life.

I am a woman who typically cannot express the feelings inside of her heart. I prefer keeping the pain I feel inside of my heart than talk to someone else. You can say that I am an introvert woman. Some of my classmates in university say that I am a mysterious woman. Different with my classmates, my close friends say that I am a talkative, funny, and sometimes become a fierce woman. That’s the way some people assessed me.

In this life, there a lot of pains those appear. However, as a human being I must deal with them. Because of I am an introvert woman; I cannot talk to someone about my pain that I feel. I just keep the pain in my heat. Sometimes, I feel that I really cannot hold the pain anymore. I feel like my head and my chest will explode. Then, I think I must release my pains. That’s way I find some ways to release them.

There are some ways to release my pain that I feel, they are:
1.      Writing

Writing on a piece of paper. Write everything you feel inside and write every emotion you have. After it’s done, tear the paper or burn it up. The pain that you feel will dissappear together with the tearing or burning paper. If you don’t have any paper, you can use you handphone. Type everything you want. After it’s done, press the delete. Your pain will be released as the message is deleted.
2.      Screaming

Close your mouth with a pillow and scream. Feel the pain inside and released it through screaming. Make sure you are alone in a room or in your bedroom so everyone cannot hear your scream.
3.      Crying

Go to bathroom, turn the shower on and cry. Try to let your pain out through the tears that fall down from your eyes.
4.      Watching a drama

Search a mellow or a commedy drama. Watch it in your room. If it’s a mellow drama try to feel the emotion and compare it with your pain, when you feel like want to cry, it’s okay, let your self cry. If it’s a commedy drama, enjoy the drama and the commedy. Forget the pain you feel inside and laugh loudly.
5.      Eating

Eat some food that you want to eat. You’ve felt something that bother yourself, give your heart and mind a break. Go to a restaurant that you want to go and eat the food that you want to eat. Chocolate and ice cream is enough for me, what about you? Decide your favourite food and eat them.
